MSc Integrative Psychotherapy - UKCP Registered Email: penny@pennybradshaw.co.uk Phone: 07773563918
The private and confidential space of counselling and therapy can help us begin to off-load and unpack some of life's burdens. Working with someone professional, who is not connected with our lives, can really help us to gain insight - or a better understanding of ourselves.
I am passionate about my work as a therapist and believe in the transformational effects of the one-to-one therapeutic relationship.
ABOUT ME
I am a qualified psychotherapist with over 20 years experience. I trained at Metanoia Institute (Middlesex University) one of the largest and well respected counselling and therapy training centres in Britain. I have a Clinical Diploma and MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.
I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of Metanioa Institute, and I abide by these organisations' standards and code of ethics.
I have extensive experience of working with adults with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, early life trauma, interpersonal relationships, loss and bereavement.
Having worked in a University setting made me see the benefits of short term work as well as long term therapy. It has also given me opportunity to work with a culturally diverse as well as neurodiverse client group.
